CDCP 2026–2027: When to Apply, Renew, and Book Your Cleaning

The Canada Dental Care Plan (CDCP) 2026 to 2027 benefit year is here. If you have never applied before, new applications open June 2, 2026. If you are an existing member who already renewed, your coverage is active now. Either way, this is the window to book your cleaning before summer availability fills.

New Applications — Opens June 2, 2026

If you have never enrolled before, June 2 is when the application window opens. You will need your 2025 Notice of Assessment, SIN, proof of Canadian residency, and confirmation of no private dental coverage. Apply online at My Service Canada Account (MSCA), by phone at 1-833-537-4342, or in person at a Service Canada Centre.

Existing Members — Your 2026–2027 Coverage

If you renewed before June 1, your coverage carries over automatically. Check your Sun Life member account to confirm your tier — it is based on your 2025 household net income, so it may differ from last year.

What CDCP Covers at Crystal Clean

Scaling (up to 4 units per 12 months), polishing, fluoride, oral hygiene exam. Crystal Clean submits the claim directly — no forms on your end.
